Volunteer Your Time, Skills, and Knowledge To Help Us Reach Our Goals

Volunteers are critical to the success of our programs and to the lives of the young people we help. There are many ways you can make a difference. If you are interested in volunteering with us, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Hope Rayson at [email protected] or fill out the form below.

Thrift Store

Join Aunt Leah’s Thrift Store volunteer team and have a great time while making a positive impact in the community. We’re looking for energetic volunteers with customer service skills to represent our organization. This is a weekly or biweekly volunteer position with a minimum 3-month commitment.

Aunt Leah’s Thrift stores is located at 3328 Fraser St in Vancouver.

Donation Centre

We’re always looking for volunteers to join the team at the Donation Centre.  We receive a large volume of donations and need help sorting them for our participants, programs, and Thrift Store. This is a great position for someone with an eye for fashion, home décor, and good organizational skills.

Our Donation Centre is located at 8380 St George St in Vancouver.

Tree Lots (Seasonal)

Join the tradition and get into the spirit of the season, by helping Aunt Leah’s sell Christmas Trees. Volunteers are the backbone of this successful enterprise, which raises over $800,000 every year for local youth in care and vulnerable moms & babies.

Occasionally Aunt Leah’s has volunteer opportunities to help with things from administrative support, events, our food security program, or facilitating workshops. Tell us about your special skills and we can see if there’s a good fit.
