What is Required of Retail Training Participants

The work experience certificate programs provide participants with personal management skills and other employment related life skills through personal assessment, discussion and a proactive evaluation approach. This program offers nationally and provincially recognized accreditation and training. The practical work experience teaches students the primary skills required to work in retail businesses.

Students graduate from the program with a Retail Training Certificate, a realistic view of the work force, and a work experience reference. Students are also offered assistance with job searching and placements. A certificate of graduation is awarded to students who successfully complete each certificate program and show competency in all aspects of the practical training.
