The Link is a community outreach program for former youth in care, and former residents and participants of Aunt Leah's Programs.

The Link offers assistance with:

Applications for employment and information on employment programs
Resumes
Job search
Educational plans
Applying for income assistance and/or disability support
Support in finding housing
Emotional Support
Occasional planned activities (such as bowling, movies, skating)
Telephone use
Support with getting medical needs met
Condoms / information on contraceptives / self care
Support in leaving the sex trade
Light to-go meals
Emergency clothes
Advocacy and liaisoning with adult services as you transition from youth services.

Our Community Outreach Worker will be available to you at drop-in times to assist you in meeting your goals, support for whatever you need, just to hang out or to offer you a light snack.

Please phone for an appointment if you need support outside of drop in times.
