Aunt Leah’s Kindness for Kids Initiative

Aunt Leah's Kidness for Kids Initiative is a Vancouver Youth Charity event to raise funds for youth programs.

Since we began the tradition of the Kindness for Kids Initiative, Aunt Leah’s has raised over $216,988 in pledges. The Kindness For Kids Initiative is a new way of looking at our financial planning for the future. By making pledges and monthly donations, you are contributing to a regular flow of funds which helps us in planning our programs for youth and families. This provides us with a source of undesignated funds which can be used where they are needed most and promotes long-term sustainability for the organization. Thank you for helping to ensure success for vulnerable youth and families into the future.

Kindness For Kids events are held twice a year. Join us to learn more about Aunt Leah’s, meet our Executive Director and hear a story first hand from someone who has experienced our programs. These events are free and there is no obligation to make a donation.

Thank you to everyone who attended our 5th Kindness For Kids Initiative fundraiser on May 16, 2007 at the Scandinavian Community Centre. Including the five year pledges, we raised about $8,500.
