The Support Link Program provides supported housing for teens 15 – 18 years of age, who are presently in the care of the Ministry for Children and Family Development and are preparing to live on their own. We provide them with a basement suite with a supportive landlord well as pre-employment and essential skills training.
Support Link Program
Aunt Leah’s provides supported housing for teens, pregnant/parenting girls in foster care and homeless new moms and their babies. We also help youth who have “aged out” of care find housing.
Support Link is a unique program that helps teens aged 15 - 18 in foster care make the transition from government care to independent living. The Program provides semi-independent housing and pre-employment and life skills training.
