LINK Program – New Aunt Leah’s Program

This past year we have incorporated a new program at Aunt Leah’s. LINK Program is a program that enables our part time Transition worker, Joanne Orbeck, to work with all of Aunt Leah’s past youth and moms. Her role with the youth is to assist them with goals that they want to complete since they have aged out of care. This includes goals around education and funding for their education, housing and job search, completing their income taxes and any other goals the youth feel are important to them. Joanne is also a part-time Support Worker in the Support Link Program.
