ExtraOrdinary Caffe - Gypset

Vinci’s Caffe & Gallery is hosting their Grand Opening on October 21, 2011 from 6:00 – 10:00 pm with part of the funds raised during the evening being donated to Aunt Leah’s. The event is called “Gypset” and will feature a Gypsy Market, Live Entertainment, Art Show and Auction. Tickets are $25 and include two drinks and canapes. This truly is an “ExtraOrdinary Caffe” located in the industrial yet up-and-coming neighbourhood surrounding the Olympic Village at False Creek. This spacious café has plenty of wall space to show off original artwork painted by café owner Sandra Forzani and other local artists. It’s a luxurious and beautiful place to have your morning coffee or lunch break. Sandra and daughter Lauren have been in business running the café together since March this year and they wanted their Grand Opening to be a collaboration with a woman’s charity. They discovered Aunt Leah’s website on the Internet and when they learned more about us, decided that we were just the type of organization they wanted to support and were particularly interested in our programs for moms and babies.
